Lifestyle changes are causing high blood pressure in young people. Every individual has a different parameter for getting disease, our focus is to track these individuals who have a risk of kidney diseases and can see if you have a window to prevent that. Preventive measures have never been spoken in detail. We often speak about eating less salt, no fast food, but we don't go into the depths of the person's risk factors. As a family there is a risk of having certain diseases, young mothers who had high blood pressure in pregnancy, their kids can be at the risk of high BP while growing up. Secondly, there is a lot of liking for sugary drinks, high salt intake. All these develop insulin resistance. Increased levels of insulin will not only give rise to diabetes but also develop neuro cognitive factors, problems with heart, kidney diseases.
